If your Bespoke Corset order is faulty or ill fit due to an error from us, we will provide a free replacement.
Notify our customer support within 5 days from delivery. We’ll gladly replace any items you are unsatisfied with free of cost due to error or that arrive damaged or defective.

REFUND
Once your return is processed, we will send you an email notification that the refund has been issued. Original Shipping ($14 in case of free shipping ) is deductible. In case complete order is 3 pcs or more, a return handling fee of 50% per item will be charged and if less than 3 items, a flat fee of $15 per item will be charged.
EXCHANGE
Once return is processed and items are restocked, we will issue a refund. Original Shipping ($14 in case of free shipping ) is deductible. CANCELLATIONS
No cancellation is possible once the order is placed. Due to the nature in which we process, design, and produce your bespoke corset we do not accept cancellation of any orders.
CHANGES TO ORDER
We can make any necessary change to the order like measurement change, style change unless the corset is not processed. You can always get in touch with customer support as soon as you want to make changes.
